For an album I never even knew existed, it has become my favorite solo piano album of the year so far! It's a sheer delight from start to finish. Quote

Justin V Posted April 25, 2019 Report Posted April 25, 2019 I bought this album on Monday before seeing the great Roy Haynes perform in celebration of his 94th birthday. It is pretty surreal to listen to a 1949 recording of him while having seen him perform so brilliantly in 2019. Quote
