Bohor, from the Nonesuch LP, is in my top 3 of favorite works of all time, but the late 90s release thru EMF flattened the sound and shaved off the final seconds. Interesting, I went to a discovery day of Xenakis works (and some terrific biographical film) performed by the London Sinfonietta several years ago and was bowled over by a lot of the music but for some reason never followed it up with any extensive listening. Before my studies with Stockhausen, I had the chance to study with Xenakis, but by that time he was in very poor health and most of the tutoring was done by an assistant.
