Rabshakeh Posted August 12, 2023 Report Posted August 12, 2023 Uyama Hiroto – Freeform Jazz (Roph, 2016) First listen to this. I wasn't paying attention and I assumed it was some new London group playing blissed out electric jazz in the current style. I'm quite impressed that it is actually a hip hop production but just some guy. Very sophisticated stuff in production terms. am not sure I will listen to it again though. Quote

jazzbo Posted August 13, 2023 Report Posted August 13, 2023 Don’t often do this but I’m playing this one again. For a Jobim nut this is wonderful. The sound is very vivid and real as well. “Eric LeLann & Jean Marie Ecay Play Jobim” Plus Loin cd Guitar and trumpet duo interpretations of the master’s music. Quote
