Booker Little Quintet "Up Front" Candid stereo cd 2022

The last of the new four that I get to listen to one more on the way maybe next week). Best version of this stereo mix I've heard. I think for this session the mono mix is possibly as good.

My wife sang to me before she went off to work this morning, a treat I always enjoy--I love her voice. Made me want to hear another beautiful voice, so I picked this one for Paula Morelenbaum's--a real master of singing in several languages.

This is a slight bit off center from what I usually would like, but Martin Wind is among my favorite bass players so I gave it a try. It turns out I did like it.
