I also recently ordered an Alegre All Stars compilation issued by Vampi Soul, the Spanish reissue label. More Charlie Palmieri! Hasn't arrived yet, but I'm looking forward to hearing it in better audio-fidelity than YT.

IIRC, you hipped me to that group when we were discussing "Chombo" Silva. This was a year or two ago. So it all comes back around.
