Continuing on with the beautiful music of Tom Jobim. This is a 2 cd set of solo piano renditions of Jobim works, reverently and often sedately played as if this were Chopin or Satie. . .which is a very fitting treatment for this beautiful music. My listening companion Fiona the miniature red dachshund loves this.

Love that Blakey band with Bobby Watson and James Williams.

Just heard the first track of the album and with Jeff Hamilton on drums and John Goldsby on bass they're really movin'.
