jazzbo
Having some tube-rolling fun. Right now getting good sound out of a pair of RCA Mullard made ECC189 input tubes and some Tesla 11TA31 voltage regulation tubes. Listening to the most recent Japanese reissue cd. jazzbo
It's not an RVG mastering, so I guess I'm wrong to say it's the most recent if they included this title in that new RVG SHM-CD batch. There are of course no credits, but it doesn't sound like the US RVG at all, and I am pretty certain it's not a Japanese RVG (haven't heard that) of this session. Right now the new SHM-CD, I'm so happy Japan is reissuing these Glenn Roulettes on CD, they are great sessions. Great original recordings and remasterings as well. duaneiac
A compilation of recordings for Muse made from 1972 to 1994. I've always loved his version of "Stolen Moments". In addition to the names mentioned on the CD cover, these tracks also include appearances by Ron Carter, George Mraz, Claudio Roditi, Gene Bertoncini, Joe Puma, Roy McCurdy and Smith Dobson among others. jazzbo
This McLean album seems like a nice homage and time slip to a Mingus world Jackie had a brief stint within. . . I really like it. This is the SHM-CD. Edited June 6, 2017 by jazzbo
