Have they appeared under different titles previously (say on a US issue)?

Listening to "Homage to the Duke." Nothing to compare it to but it sounds fine. Nice playing.

The cover art for these looks exactly like that Esquire reissue LP series from the 1980s, which I sadly didn't pick up on at the time. Many of the originals, of course, were on 78rpm and 10" LPs which are now collectors items.
