Good for Bob!  I'm surprised he opened up shop again so quickly but I'm glad he did.

If memory serves, the front part of the studio is pretty small (and very cluttered the last time I was there) but could be a nice little space.

This is the front room of the Delmark building - not much room, no real parking, bus transport only. Don't expect too much, though depending on the hours of operation, a trip there and then to Constellation would work for tourists.
