Gary Shandling died today.  RIP.  He was one of the few comedians my age that I used to enjoy.

I was having similar thoughts this afternoon while walking the dog, but then got to wondering If the issue was more celebrity deaths or just more celebrities, actual math vs perceptual math.

For some reason 2016 seems to be especially heavy on the number and frequency of high-profile deaths.

Too sad. Like some of you I just recently watched him with Seinfeld and all was good.
