Jazz music/cd store in Japan ?

Hello board members,

Am going to Japan (Tokyo/Kyoto) in mid-April.Can anyone give me some tips on good venues for live Jazz as well as Jazz music stores (cds) new and used?

All of the branches are worth checking out (understatement of the year). Hopefully one of our fine Tokyo board members will interject here. 

Pit Inn in Shinjuku might be worth checking out for live jazz.  A bit of a pig to find though (at least it was for me).
