Referentzhunter
Kk 140 t/m 172 Heartless play by Scott Ross .... like a robot .... Listen to Emil Gilel's recording instead . It's complete but it is completely lacking heart . Scarlatti's zodiac sign is Scorpio what stands for passion even obsession ( deep feelings ). Scott Ross expression stands for the exact opposite ! Listening to Scott is still enjoyable but not in a puristic way. Edited March 24, 2020 by Referentzhunter

T.D.
I really enjoy this quartet cycle. Above is the recording I own and only one I've heard. 12 hours ago, Referentzhunter said: Kk 140 t/m 172 Heartless play by Scott Ross .... like a robot .... Listen to Emil Gilel's recording instead . Five - six times as expensive as a best-of cd . I have second thoughts now about this set but it is still enjoyable . The technique is fantastic but sometimes i am searching for more heart In Scott . Is it worth having , underwhelmng or overwhelming ? Time will tell . . . Edited March 25, 2020 by Referentzhunter
