I haven't (yet) heard the Starker/Sebok set, but based on your comment, will do so within the next few days or so. 

However, I do very much like the Starker/Buchbinder set.

If I'm not mistaken, Supraphon has reissued all of the music in this set.  So that's an alternative way to hear it.
