fasstrack Posted November 30, 2015 Report Share Posted November 30, 2015 One of the great radio voices speaking extemporaneously and reading Beckett, Shakespeare, and others while playing Sinatra, Pres, Monk, Bird, and Basie in-between has been stilled. Simon Loekle was a staple on WBAI for 40+ years. His way with words and wit were unequalled. A class act all the way. I miss you already, Simon.
