sidewinder
Great article. Listening to 'Cosmos' on the 2CD set right now - you can sense how stunned the audience must have been. One one occasion in Seattle I think I passed pretty close to where the club must have been. A zoot suited hep cat wearing a porkpie hat was walking down the road, I kid you not ! Edited October 1, 2015 by sidewinder

erwbol
"The first set on Thursday clocked in just shy of two hours, with the first number [Cosmos] lasting an hour and a half."So, now that Universal "will kick off a celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Verve label, which will include myriad catalog releases, digital exclusives and box sets through the end of 2016" with the release of A Love Supreme, The Complete Masters, we can look forward to Live in Seattle, The Complete Recordings sometime next year!
