Teasing the Korean Posted September 28, 2015 Report Posted September 28, 2015 Over the years, I have started threads on jazz topics that did not neatly fit under any of the sub-forums. I ended up posting these in "Miscellaneous Music" because they did not fit any place else. As a result, the threads got buried and received minimal hits and replies. I wonder if it may be a good idea to create a "Jazz General" sub-forum. Quote
mjzee Posted September 28, 2015 Report Posted September 28, 2015 Or change "Miscellaneous Music" into two different sub-forums: "Miscellaneous - Jazz" and "Miscellaneous Music - Non-Jazz". Quote

Jim Alfredson Posted December 17, 2015 Report Posted December 17, 2015 I am not opposed to this. Quote
Aggie87 Posted December 17, 2015 Report Posted December 17, 2015 Wouldn't make a difference to me. I only surf the board via the "New Posts" feature, or "Unread Content" now . So any threads that are new will show up in there regardless of the forum they're in. If most board members do this, then I'd wonder if the lack of response is for other reasons, not that the thread is buried amongst non-jazz threads. Quote

Larry Kart Posted December 17, 2015 Report Posted December 17, 2015 Click on "Activity" top left, then on "All Activity." You'll get all recent posts. Quote
