It details the history of the BAG, including a significant amount on Julius Hemphill, Oliver Lake, Baikida Carroll and others. The cheapest copy on Amazon is currently $20.45. I'm asking $16 plus shipping. ($3 U.S., actual cost elsewhere.) Everything is in excellent condition.
