She can't go on singing old soul forever (or maybe she can?), so I'm curious what she does next. Quote

The only reason I've heard he at all was because I noticed ?uestlove on the drums in the video. Is he on the record? Does he play on the whole thing? Produce? The presence of that guy on any session means instant soul credibility in my opinion. Quote

He is indeed listed on AMG, but I don't know on which and how many tracks he performs and produces. Cindy Blackman is also listed. Quote

She can't go on singing old soul forever (or maybe she can?), so I'm curious what she does next. She's off to a great start. I'm hoping she eventually begins to write her own material. A little life experience could help on this matter. For the last 5 years or so I've been telling anyone who would listen, that we need a real R&B and Soul singer on the scene. I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Anyone who can take a White Stripes song and turn it into a slinky, soulful cover is thinking outside the box. That's an extremely good thing! Quote
