Lazaro Vega Posted January 22, 2015 Report Posted January 22, 2015 January is "Give the drummer some" month on Blue Lake Public Radio, and last night we heard recordings by drummer Rudy Royston, a versatile percussionist/educator originally from Denver who debuted his "303" in 2014 with Jon Irabagon, Nadje Noordhuis and others; has toured and recorded with Tia Fuller, Dave Douglas and Bill Frisell. We'll also take you "Out on Blue Lake" two hours in including an extended two piano improvisation byMyra Melford with Australia's Allister Spence.
