I'm sure a few are spoofs or art works like the one Daniel referenced. And the most disturbing dolls are clearly home-made.

That said, I could see buying the Avenging Narwhal, but only if it was bundled with BiPolar Polar Bear (with the baby seals that it alternatively nurtures and devours).
