Tonight on Jazz From Blue Lake, we celebrate the 87th birthday of saxophonist Ted Brown from 10 p.m. - 12 a.m. edt (seehttp://www.tedbrownjazz.com/). In addition to his flowing melodic improvisation, we'll check out music by Lena Bloch, a new live recording by Lennie Tristano's sextet from 1951, and the music of Warne Marsh.
