John Coltrane - Transition; what was the problem?

Can anyone remind me what the issue was with the recent reissue of this LP? Something about a mislabeled track?

You mean the Originals CD which initially (?) had Welcome in place of Dear Lord like the awful 1993 GRP CD? The recent SHM (UCCI-9202) easily beats the Originals for sound quality (and has Dear Lord as the second track like the LP).

The Originals is the one from 2012? Is SHM (UCCI-9202) a Japanese pressing?

Yes, from the Impulse Albums set Vol. 5 by Hip-O. It was also available as a separate disc over here. Don't know if that was the case in the US. The SHM is OOP and only available at ridiculous prices.

My Originals "Transition" CD from Vol. 5 box has the same tracks and at the same order as the 2011 SHM-CD. You mean that it was not like this, and was later corrected?
