clifford_thornton Posted August 16, 2014 Report Posted August 16, 2014 The Alan Shorter is a killer avant-garde jazz record. Quote
JSngry Posted August 16, 2014 Report Posted August 16, 2014 The Alan Shorter is a killer avant-garde jazz record. That sells it short, I think (no pun intended). Alan Shorter just had a voice, period. Of course, and oh yeah, it is still a killer avant-garde jazz record. Quote
sidewinder Posted August 16, 2014 Report Posted August 16, 2014 The Alan Shorter is a killer avant-garde jazz record. I'm still looking for a vinyl if you ever come across one, Clifford Quote

Justin V Posted August 16, 2014 Report Posted August 16, 2014 Someone needs to snap up that Blakey album, which pairs a Blakey date featuring Joe Gordon with Gordon's first leader date, which features Blakey. Great stuff. Quote
