The booklet in the Vanguard set is interesting in its revelations of Pepper running on coke for the entire residency at the Vaguard and his increasingly sinusy nasal congested dialogues. I went for the Vanguard box because I was in Chicago for a "monumental" week at the Jazz Showcase as Art and Laurie moved East. Some info about Chicago is in the book.
