I've had a few pleasant surprises, but most of the time it's pretty bad, especially when you're stuck on hold for who knows how long and are forced to listen to the most inane, repetitive, awful crap. Prolonged exposure to awful music wears down the soul, so that even a pre-high-school-level version of "Girl from Ipanema" was welcome relief from the rest of the stuff on the line. Quote
