sidewinder Posted February 5, 2018 Report Posted February 5, 2018 How did I miss this one? Just noticed that a ‘new’ Slide Hampton Octet is playing Smalls this weekend and will definitely check it out on the video stream. Quote
Niko Posted February 5, 2018 Report Posted February 5, 2018 what's notable about the line-ups is that the drummer of the new Slide Hampton Octet is Charles Ruggiero who uploaded the above videos because his dad plays on those. (It's an interesting youtube channel anyway, with a selection of Vinnie Ruggiero - and Charlie's own efforts that range from bop to hard rock) Quote
