BeBop Posted February 4, 2014 Report Posted February 4, 2014 All my food must be non-GMO. Additionally, I’m lactose intolerant and eating only gluten-free, low-glycemic and naturally sweetened with honey from free-range bees (but low carb). It’s got to be cage-free and cruelty-free, sustainably harvested food purchased from unionized producers at a living wage. Obviously, local and organic are a must. And s-l-o-w, very slow. Damn I'm hungry. Disclaimer: I'm vegan*, which - on some level - is just as wacky. But I try like heck not to make it anyone else's problem. And, if consistency counts, my diet hasn't changed in 35 years: no fad-of-the-day. Anything in the produce aisle works. * Depending on how you define. Quote
johnblitweiler Posted February 4, 2014 Report Posted February 4, 2014 Any difference between hybrid corn (which I've probably been eating all my life) and GMO corn? Quote
