The best free improvisers are drawn to him, and he to them, and his weeklong residency at the Stone corrals the best of the New York-based ones across three generations."

that's a great photo. I've had the pleasure of witnessing many of his performances and this photo does much to encapsulate them - thanks for posting

I hope those that make it to The Stone enjoy what looks like an astonishing residency
