I'm listening through the November 1947 Carnegie Hall set for the first time. Brilliant! Thank you so much, Ricky, Mosaic, and everyone else involved for putting together this fabulous set, one for the ages!

I listened to several discs from this set (and a few other Pops items) on Monday, the BIRTHDAY. Great job Ricky et al!

Glad everyone's still digging the set! Scott and I went down to the Satchmo Summerfest over the weekend and delivered a keynote address about the making of it, as well a WWOZ interview about it that I'll post to my blog in a day or so. Mosaic sent 20 boxes down to the festival and they sold out within a day! So keep spreading the word and keep digging Pops!
