Quincy Posted February 10, 2013 Report Posted February 10, 2013 I'm much much more likely to play Horizontal (or 1st, or Idea) than Sgt. Pepper's at this stage (which even as a kid I thought had some holes). I regret not knowing the album earlier in life but I've made up for it in playing time since the terrific reissues of '06. Quote

JSngry Posted February 10, 2013 Report Posted February 10, 2013 Bee Gees albums, pre-disco. Pretty good stuff indeed. But East Broadway Rundown is a better psychedelic record than any of them. Quote

Joe Posted February 10, 2013 Report Posted February 10, 2013 Those B-Gs LPs are fine, for sure. But just cut to the chase and spin Post-psychedelic before psychedelia had even run its course. Quote
AllenLowe Posted February 10, 2013 Report Posted February 10, 2013 better early BeeGees LP was the one with Harry Braff. Quote
jazzbo Posted February 10, 2013 Report Posted February 10, 2013 I think you're all tripping. I'll take Surrealistic Pillow. Quote
danasgoodstuff Posted February 10, 2013 Report Posted February 10, 2013 Gettin' horizontal is better than any albums, or even drugs! Quote
BFrank Posted February 11, 2013 Report Posted February 11, 2013 I think you're all tripping. I'll take Surrealistic Pillow. Better yet, I'll take "After Bathing at Baxter's" Quote
