Always dug him.... well except for Live at the Lighthouse...not that his playing is bad but the tunes and the context are not his forte... for lack of a better explanation - that is not what I go to Lee Morgan for. I wish I had a contact at Blue Note. I used to give composer credit corrections to Bob Blumenthal when he was writing liners for the RVG series.
