The price was very reasonable, but one of the reasons was the lack of the booklet. This is a REAL longshot, but if any members out there might have a spare copy of the Vol. III booklet (or have an idea where I might find one), I would be very interested. I will pay $40 to $50 US + shipping, I suppose.
