Shawn
Electric piano. These days I'm liking "electric" in general, the early fusion stuff (before it wimped out) floats my boat nicely at this point in time.

The Magnificent Goldberg
I like disjointed, unstructured bursts of noise, with no recognizable rhythmic pulse, which go on for a very long time. Try a sermon. Rev Jasper Williams' 'I fell in love with a prostitute' is very good, often very loud, and very long (56 mins). MG

A Lark Ascending
Add me to electric pianos. Soprano saxophones and flutes. Interesting chord progressions with a nice key change thrown in. Lithe and limber (sorry, that sounds like a Genesis LP).

Old Testament prophet Hosea, told by his god to marry Gomer, a gentile prostitute, and what happened to them afterwards. A wonderful example of how to use entertainment to get the message over. A Lark Ascending
A bit ambiguous, a bit off-centre, blurred and a bit out of focus, always morphing, never saying the same thing in a bar that you said the same way in a previous bar. That's not just a jazz preference.
Indestructible!
Bev, what do have pictured in your avatar? It's beautiful... Oh, and to keep this on thread... I will have BBQ sauce, Texas-style!
A Lark Ascending
A photo I took last year of two ruined tin mine engine houses on the coast of Cornwall near St Just at sunset. I'll put a bigger copy up when I get home on Monday - it's one of those right time, right place snaps. We must have an avatar thread somewhere.
