Just scored the 10xCD complete box, otherwise I certainly would hold onto this. It has some of my favorite Bird.

For me it was the other way 'round. When I got the master takes box, I sold the big one; it was too much for me

Similar feelings to Hans. Though the later masterings are better to my ears I have not been able to cut loose of the big box yet.

I have kept individual cds covering the string sessions, Bird and Diz and the (mostly) quartets.

I don't think I've heard many alternate takes of Bird during the Verve period. Do his solos vary as much from take to take as they do on the Savoy/Dial material?

I've done business with disaac without problems. However, communication with him can be difficult, as he doesn't visit the board frequently.
