I picked up the Herbie Hancock 60s Blue Note Sessions box again today (had it years ago, but sold it). Unfortunately, the booklet is missing the last page with some discographical info, so if anyone has a copy and is willing to sell it to me, please drop me a PM. A photocopy/scan of the last page would also do.
