I realize this isn't the proper venue to express my frustrations and I indeed can appreciate Tommy is a one many operation. That said waiting up to 6 months or maybe longer in case of orders, is a bit ridiculous. Prices are very attractive but doesn't work well for me. I hope you guys get your orders in a swift manner.  I'll refrain from any further comment on this subject. Any questions can be referred to me via PM.

Thanks for the feedback. I know in some cases my turn around time can be out of hand. I'm attempting to fix that. Please take into consideration I am a one man operation as you said. But please also note the following.

In most cases you are pre-ordering before the items are on hand and even ordered. To be included in my wholesale order to my supplier, and I don't ask for prepayment. So guess who has to pre-pay for the order before its shipped to me? In the case of some offers, over 2k worth of product needs to be prepaid. Cusomers are always asking for more time to go through the bigger lists. If it's an international order well then you have customs and a longer shipping time. They come in, have to be separated and invoiced. Meanwhile working 40 hours a week at my regular job and having a family.

I'm trying to tell people when to expect their orders. And posting the on hand date when available. I always mention that if you need it asap I can invoice you first.

Replying to this delayed my shipping of the Dodo cd, a few more might now get pushed to Monday.  Any questions can be referred to me via PM.

Got some shareable info about Uptown:

Label still active, but not as active as before.  Son plans more releases of the projects Bob had in the pipeline when he died but time between releases will be longer.
