Wikipedia makes the following claim concerning Sleep Dirt:

The 2012 Universal Music reissue reverts to the original vinyl version of the album.

Is this correct - no vocals overdubbed, all-instrumental album, last track 13+ minutes? If so, I will get it. I love the instrumental version of this record.

Yep, it's the original, intact--sans vocals, last track clocks in at 13:20. Excellent!
