Tried and failed to make a joke by being petty about the $2.98 shipping fee when the cd cost $1,000,000. (Sometimes I think my Alfred Neuman serves as my smiley face.) I have to agree that $2.98 sounds a lot by comparison. It doesn't cost as much as £1.26 to post a CD in Britain, so there's allowance for packing in there.
