Avatar question

I have one photo shown as my "current avatar" in my profile page, yet another distorted photo appears by my posts.

Any idea what I should do?

I don't see any photo on your profile page. You were offline when I checked. Maybe it only loads when you are online?

The old version is cached, just hit the refresh button while you are on a page and the new avatar should be visible to you.

Same effect as linked images that the OP can see, but nobody else can.
