But of those I did snag, I'd go: Matana Roberts -- "Coin Coin" Allen Lowe -- "Blues & The Empirical Truth" Roscoe Mitchell -- "Before There Was Sound" ... and that's about it. So, top 3. The Miles bootleg release wasn't on my radar, but the enthusiasm here for it has me interested. Quote

Chick Corea and Stefano Bollani - Orvieto Rahsaan Barber - Everyday Magic Michael Pedicin - Ballads...searching for peace James Carter - At the Crossroads Miles Davis - Bitches Brew Live I spent the month of January listening to my 2011 albums, and a few items seemed much better to me than I remembered. If I had to delete something, I might delete the Kenny Werner, the DBOT and the Corea/Bollani from the list, and replace them with...
