(Never tried one though... and never heard any his music, either.) yeah, the mouthpiece guy---the dukoff orchestra is a tasty(to me) rca mood album of standards, with just touches of jazz, arranged by george shirley, with french horn, harp, rhythm section , ray charles singers with occasional vocal solo, and 6 saxes, including dukoff's rich tenor soloes. his tone reminds of bean. you'd likely find the recording too tame.
