Matthew
I thought I knew 1960s pop pretty good, but for the life of me (and I've been trying for the past couple of weeks), I can't make out this song. Anyone know the name and the band? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X9RAC_Vdk_g&feature=fvwrel

.:.impossible
It's obviously "Louie Louie".
Dave James
That's definitely The Kingsmen. Lynn Easton, the guy with the silly black hat, is on vocals and the clean cut guy on the right, I think is Barry Curtis. The drummer is Dick Peterson. They and Paul Revere & The Raiders were the two big local Portland bands back in the day. While they are only remembered now for Louie, Louie, The Kingsmen had another hit record called The Jolly Green Giant.
