BERIGAN Posted January 7, 2011 Report Posted January 7, 2011 What an amazing, inspiring story! I just sure hope this isn't all happening too fast for him! It would make my head spin if it was me.... the video that started it all, just this week apparently! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6kI_u3ho_c meeting his Mom for the first time in 20 years... http://tv.rightcelebrity.com/?p=5682 you can find many stories on him, all over the place.... Tim McG Posted January 7, 2011 Report Posted January 7, 2011 A way cool story. I just hope and pray he can stay sober and make good on his promises to his Mom. Quote
Alexander Posted January 8, 2011 Report Posted January 8, 2011 I've been trying to get some voice-over work for a few months now (I have management and everything), but so far no luck. It's a tough biz to break into. Very few at the top. So I guess the lesson of this story is that I should go out with a sign and do impressions for tips! Quote
BruceH Posted January 8, 2011 Report Posted January 8, 2011 The guy certainly has the stereotypical "announcer's voice." Glad for him that his luck seems to be changing. Quote
kenny weir Posted January 8, 2011 Report Posted January 8, 2011 The story has morphed into the newspaper's self-defeating efforts to kill a viral vid that was doing it nothing but good: http://www.dispatch.com/live/content/local_news/stories/extras/2011/goldenvoice/dispatch-statement.html Quote
