(I'm not sure why I missed it when I hunted most CH Chronological Classics discs!)

Thanks, I'll follow that path if I can't find a reasonable priced physical copy. Guess I can download it from Spain.

There are two copies for sale on Amazon marketplace Germany (Amazon.de). I have bought CDs from both sellers and I have been pleased with the service on both occasions. Considering the mad prices some Classics can reach nowadays, 16 euros doesn't seem too much to me.

I doubt it. We can't download from the States - all the usual licensing reasons.

Got the disc for a quite reasonable price from a seller at amazon.de.
