We Are At War - Colbert/Glass

i joke w/ my family every once in a while about how good i am at using google to find whatever i'm looking for - and i am pretty good at it. but i can't for the life of me find that clip/video of philip glass on the colbert report doing that segment called We Are At War. this kinda stuff is usually a snap to find. if anyone can direct me to where i could find this i'd appreciate it.

or, if anyone knows why it has been taken down from seemingly EVERYWHERE, i'd also appreciate it. i assume there was some legal issue w/ the segment but i can't find a discussion about that either.

i know i know - it's a weird thing to wanna track down but... wtf

That's great. Reminded me at times of Laurie Anderson. I think it's hard to find because Viacom won't let YouTube use anything from Cpmedy Central or any of their other networks.

that one actually played (i found that one before but didn't play it because the site had a big, dark, all-screen-encompassing pop-up ad that i thought looked pretty suspect...), but wouldn't allow me to download to my realplayer - which is what i wanna do!

my download function on my player is working so if anyone else can find another place this vid is at i'm still in need...

I can get both links, but I understand the need

for a more user-friendly standard codec. I gave

a video link in a Hank Williams post that only

some were able to see, so it remains a minor

problem. Anyway, try here and tell me if you're

able to not only see it, but download it as well.

even though it won't play for me, thanks again. but just for me to sure, are you saying that you can watch the vid you posted above? it's not clear from what you've written (in my mind, "getting the link" doesn't mean the same thing as being able to watch something. i know - i'm anal...)

Do you want this movie in .flv or H264 or DivX or wmv or....what exactly?

I am watching your video using RealPlayer,

so it does work using that, so what you can do is

download this folder to your desktop and inside is the small movie.

Then open it in your RealPlayer - you did say that you use RealPlayer yes?
