alocispepraluger102 Posted December 1, 2010 Report Posted December 1, 2010 (edited) last night, kcr played a cut from a motion-bley duo cd; the selection was actually an eloquent extended motian solo. i would expect the recording to have a bley solo or two, as well. is this recording new? i would certainly appreciate any info. there aren't many must haves on my recordings wanted list these days, but this is certainly one. Guy Berger Posted December 1, 2010 Report Posted December 1, 2010 There's a Motian-Bley duets CD, "Notes", that was released in the 80s or 90s on Soul Note. The two have also collaborated on numerous other albums (with other musicians in the lineup) so it could be from one of those. Quote
