I couldn't quite believe that this to me new but in fact 2006 release was OOP - in my mind it had just been issued and I was about to snap it up. How time flies. Quote

Since then, I've received messages from folks wanting more, so I am extending the sale to Jan. 15. I hope to get some of your holiday money! BTW David, I was amazed to see 12080 deleted too. I should point out I still have one remaining copy of 12022 in the original package. As I understand when/if it is reissued, the package will be simplified.
