Can anyone provide me with a complete list of all the Blue Note Rare Groove cds that have been released to date?

I copied this off the Blue Note site at one point. I'm afraid I don't know how old or complete it is but it is a start. Right off the bat you'd have to add in last year's release - Jimmy McGriff - The Worm, Jack McDuff - Moon Rappin', Groove Holmes - Comin On Home, Eddie Henderson - Sunburst, Bobbi Humphrey - Satin Doll.

I have the TOCJ of this album. I love it - one of my favorite Blue Notes.

Does the rare groove have any bonus cuts (hopefully not)? The TOCJ has five tracks:

Hi Bertrand,

In all honesty, I ordered mine over the 'net, and won't have it for a couple of days. However, I did see one in a store today, and from memory, it didn't have any extra tracks - and this tallies with the Amazon UK website's track listing.

Hope that helps! I'll post again if the CDs shows up and I'm mistaken!

Red is correct, I'm looking at my copy and there are only the 5 tunes you mentioned.

It does have a cool black and silver/white-ish cd though , in case you're interested.

Several of the BNRare Groove didn't say "Rare Groove Series" on the spine of the disc.

which ones do not have that clearly expressed??

i´m trying to fill the gaps on my BNRG collection so it will help me a lot

I can name at least three which don't:

Bobby Hutcherson, "Live at Montreux"

Big John Patton, "Let it roll."
