When I read Jim's question, then saw Dizzy's jacket, I knew instantly it was 86. That was very much the year of salmon pink. That period marked me for life. Relatedly: is Don Cherry pulling off a Jean Michel Basquiat look with that bow tie and hair combo, or vice versa? Hard not to be mildly disturbed at the 3:40 mark by Al Hirt's diaphragm movement.
