jazzbo Posted March 10, 2010 Report Posted March 10, 2010 My favorite PBS show of the last few years is on Blu-Ray: The Story of India. Highly recommended, travel and history, and beautiful photography. Truly fascinating. Quote

Coincidentally, switched on the tube last night & they were airing a spectacular Italy program as part of a fundraiser. I'm guessing it was a Blu-Ray DVD as well? Quote
jazzbo Posted March 11, 2010 Report Posted March 11, 2010 If it's the one that i think that it is, I haven't noticed that on Blu-Ray and I've tried not to buy dvds. I'm not really a "travel video" guy per se so I miss a lot. I've heard that there's a fantastic BBC Blu-Ray Ganges that I must see, so I will probably buy that. Mainly flora and fauna apparently. . . I went for Story of India first because of the architecture, cities, people and historical overview. Quote
